How to Cast Vision-Part 1 (how to share your vision with your church)

One of the most essential skills you can develop as a pastor or church leader is how to cast vision. How to share your vision with your church is an essential skill you must develop if you are going to lead effectively those whom God has placed under your care. But, how do you cast vision? How do you share your vision with your church?

Without a doubt there are multiple ways to answer this question. However, I propose that we look at how Jesus cast vision when he called his first disciples. When we consider how to cast vision, we should imitate the manner in which Jesus cast vision. Moreover, I propose that your weekly sermon is one of the most powerful tools you have at your disposal for casting vision.
