How to Stretch: Stretching 101
This video is full of great stretches that can be done if you are a Beginner, Intermediate, and even Advanced. Hold stretches anywhere from 10 to 15 seconds minimum. Sometimes it may be beneficial to stretch even 20 seconds. Remember to exhale on the reach or pull and inhale as you release. Hope you enjoy.
