Copy Cat Walk of Beaver Falls Wings
A bold, smoky, tangy, and creamy wing sauce inspired by the famous Walk of Beaver Falls wings.
Ingredients
For the Wings:
2-3 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
For the Walk of Beaver Falls Sauce:
¼ cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
¼ cup homemade ranch (see below)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2-3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot (for heat)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Smoke the wings as instructed above.
While the wings are smoking, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Once the wings are crispy, toss them in the Walk of Beaver Falls sauce until well coated.

Homemade Ranch Sauce
Since you didn't have buttermilk ranch dressing, this version keeps it simple and flavorful.
Ingredients

½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions

Ingredients

2 dried ancho chilies (rehydrated and blended)
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
