This Television is a 42 inch JVC Model JLC42BC3000. Since this television had a problem with not responding to the remote control, Im going to show you a basic troubleshooting technique to isolate if it's either the infra-red detector, the ir board, or the Main Board in the TV. We'll start by using our rigol benchtop oscilloscope. Then we will use our handheld Hantek 2C72 oscilloscope for isolating this same remote problem in case your in the field.
