INGREDIENTS:
* Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - ¾ Cup
* Ghee(घी) - ½ Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Tbsp
* Semolina(सूजी) - 2 Tbsp
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - ½ Tsp
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some

RECIPE:
Keep the pan on the flame, place a ring in it and cover it with a plate and keep it preheating for 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, put Powdered Sugar, Ghee and whisk it well by using a whisker. Keep the strainer on the bowl, put White Flour/Maida, Gram Flour, Semolina, and sieve them. Then put Baking Powder, Cardamom Powder and bind the dough using light hands. Take some part of the dough, roll it & cut it into pieces. Then press them & give them shape. Make a design with a spoon then garnish it with chopped Dry Fruits. Take a baking tray & put Butter paper in it then put Naan Khatai in it & bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 14 mins. Take a tray & cover it with foil paper & put the Naan Khatai in it & put it in the pre-heated kadhai & bake it and keep it for 5 minutes. Then keep the baked Nan-Khatai on a ring for cooling down then put them in the airtight jar & enjoy the Tasty Atta Biscuits for a long time. Serve it & Enjoy the Super Soft Naan Khatai at home.
