Ingredients:
-1 pound ground beef.
-6 large flour tortillas.
-1/2 red onion diced.
-Taco Seasoning.
-1 tablespoon olive oil.
-1 small can red enchilada sauce.
-1 large can green enchilada sauce.
-3-4 cups shredded cheese.

Cook at 325f for 15-20 min.
