MIXED ALL THE ABOVE AND STIR THROUGHLY UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES

CARAMELIZE 16TBSP SUGAR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
ADDED 8TBSP OF WATER AND SCREWPINE LEAVE AND MIXED WELL

POUR OVER THE CARAMEL ONTO THE MIXTURE (A).
STIR AND MIX THROUGHLY.

PREPARE TO LAY BANANA LEAVES ON THE CONTAINERS AS SHOWN AND GUIDED.
ADVISABLE TO PUT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE LAYERS BANANA LEAVES FOR SECURITY PREVENTIVE MEASURE OF LEAKING OUT.TO THE CONTAINERS

WHEN ALL THE MIXTURE ARE WELL MIXED. POUR OVER INTO THE CONTAINERS AND STEAM AT HIGH FLAME FOR 4 HOURS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
