Residents of the temporarily occupied Mariupol district heard explosions on the night of April 18. It turned out that drones attacked the occupiers' base in the village of Nikolskoye.
As the head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, Petr Andryushchenko, told Channel 24 , as a result of the strike, at least 10 Russian soldiers were injured and taken to the hospital, and enemy vehicles were also damaged, in particular at least 3 large vehicles. The drones hit a base that Ukraine knew about and had been tracking for a long time. Although the Russians tried to shoot down the drones, the debris fell and damaged private homes.
"This base is located next to the ambulance station, which the occupiers have been using as cover for several years now. Now it has reached there. We will consider this the first attempt," Andryushchenko said.
He also noted that this drone strike was the first in the last 6 months on the territory of the Mariupol region, and there had not been such strikes on the Nikolskaya community for more than a year. "The Russians are not in a very good mood. According to our information, they are now preparing to evacuate this base. It may be moved nearby. We know where there are a large number of occupiers, the base may be moved there," added the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation.
Recall, Russian military base was hit in the temporarily occupied village of Mykilske, located near Mariupol. Sources do not say whether it was a deliberate attack or the result of a Russian air defense error. "But the result is excellent," Andriushchenko said. "We almost reached the apartment of the traitor Klymenko – the one who is currently engaged in mobilization in the Nikolske community. But it’s okay. There’s more to come. Unfortunately, no fatalities yet. Again, there’s more to come," the head of the Occupation Study Center reported.
The traitor mentioned by Andryushchenko is most likely Oleksiy Klymenko, who is accused of a crime under part 5 of article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborationism, voluntary occupation of a position in illegal authorities). Among the known "positions" the traitor held is "head of the housing and architecture department" of the so-called "Volodarskyi district administration of the DPR".

Within the framework of the criminal case, Klymenko has been summoned to court several times.
