此陀羅尼能滅一切諸龍苦惱與其安樂，彼諸龍等既得樂已，於瞻部州即能
依時降注甘雨。

This dharani can eliminate all the suffering and distress of dragons, bringing them peace and happiness. Once these dragons attain contentment, they will be able to bestow timely and gentle rain upon Jambudvipa
