LAKE ELSINORE - On Sunday July 9, 2017 at about 10:21 PM, CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a traffic collision on Highway 74 near Ethanac Road in the unincorporated area north of Lake Elsinore. The first arriving engine company reported that one vehicle was underneath a semi-truck with one victim trapped. The patient has been extricated and transported by ground ambulance with major injuries to a local hospital.
California Highway Patrol officers are investigating the crash and that no details are available as of yet.
