Learn FreeCAD Curves Workbench [06] Divide split faces, blend merge surfaces. Discretize 3 way pipe

Part 6 of the mini series introduces the segment surface used with discretize and the blend surface tools. We learn how to split a face, segmenting it into multiple faces and blending the faces from one objects into another. The tools are available in the Curve workbench available in FreeCAD 0.19 and above. We learn how to create a three way pipe from 3 cylinders. Divide the faces of a tube cutting it into sections and attach a surface to a face of one pipe to the face of another. We use this to create a solid T-piece and then we do this with a tube to create a T-section tube or three way pipe.

In part 7 we will continue with the blend tools and learn how it can be used to make a Cosplay helmet and a crown.

In this mini series will learn most if not all functions of curved workbench in FreeCAD 0.19 and above along with practical examples of what they can be used for.
