Music for coherent breathing practice - 5.5 breaths per minute for 20 minutes. Follow the piano pulse - count 4 for inhale and 4 for exhale, or just follow the two changing chords.
Coherent Breathing is a technique of taking equally long, slow inhales and exhales, resulting in around 5 to 6 breaths per minute. It has been found to be very calming through its effect on the nervous system, and also improves HRV (Heart Rate Variability).
