This is a great example of letting the head dictate the type of pocket. The DNA perfectly suits the mid-low pocket.

A good way to find what kind of pocket a head 'wants,' use the same interlock with even spacing in-between. The pocket shape that results from that will reveal the type of pocket that the head is designed for.

Of course, I strongly believe that you can string and use any type of pocket in any head, but it's generally easiest to achieve a balance between a good pocket and a decent channel when you allow the head to determine the pocket shape.

The DNA feels just slightly wider than the average offensive head, making it perfect for inside stringing. The edges of the mesh hug the ball perfectly, making for lots of hold without any 'drag' on the sides of the ball, during the release.
