Trick Percussionist to Respect School Instruments

My wife brought home a snare drum from school, because it was having issues. I took a look at it and discovered several things that needed fixing. I hope this can be helpful for some people. I try to explain everything I am doing to fix it, and modify it to have a more expensive look.
