How to correct the time or change time zone on FITBIT NEW 2022!

This is a nice easy fix if your Fitbit device is showing the wrong time or maybe you are changing time zones and need to adjust for the zone change.

Open the fitbit app on your phone or tablet (make sure Bluetooth is switched on)
Go into App Settings and then Time zones, swap the time zone or set to automatic and then go back to your profile and choose your device, and then choose sync now.
Your device should update to the new time zone. OR simply correct the time.
Switch between time zones and you should find that the time updates to be in sync with your phone or tablet.
