Below you can find 4 easy steps and the list of 4 ingredients to make this spectacular dessert. Hope you will try it.

INGREDIENTS:
• 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (100g for crust and 100g for cream)
• 150g cream cheese
• 150ml whipping cream
• 50g icing sugar
Optional to decorate:
• few drops of caramel sauce
• whipped cream for frosting
• whole Lotus biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Crush 3/4 pack of Lotus Biscoff (200g) using a zip lock bag and an roller pin or a food processor. Divine into 2 parts,one part for crust one part for cream.
2. Divine one part of Lotus powder in glasses...you can make 2 or 3 glasses depending to the size of your glasses.
3. In a bowl add cheese cream, icing sugar and whipping cream and mix together until fluffy and creamy. Add the remaining Lotus powder into the cheese mixture and gently incorporate everything together.
4. Fill the glasses with this cream. Optional decorate how you like. I've used some whipped cream as I had remaining, few drops of caramel sauce and some Lotus biscuits.
Enjoy it!
