2012 CRV engine replacement

Replacing an oil burning junk 2012 Honda CR-V engine. This engine is known for oil and cam phaser issues. Putting in a 2013 engine. Here's a few pointers and tips for doing this. There was not really any good guides that I could find so I just slowly work my way through the process.
