I repair and refill a down sleeping bag using Seam Grip sealer and reclaimed down. I transfer the down from an unwanted donor jacket to the sleeping bag without getting down everywhere. This method worked well for me to stop my sleeping bag snowing and losing feathers and let me refill empty chambers cheaply. It ain't the classiest work but it does the job.
