ONYX, WOLF HEAD PENDANT

Another beautiful piece of stone rescued from landfill!
I carved this entirely using a mini bench grinder with flexible dremel type attachment, diamond burrs and paper carbide polishing discs. These tools are available to anyone so why not have a go yourself?
Each time a make a stone carved wolfs head pendant it seems to come out completely different. I suppose this is because I do not have any great plan and make these pretty much by the seat of my pants!
I have rescued dozens of different marble and stone pieces for carving and I hope to show a few more different types of stone and different designs in the future. However I don't really plan these videos, I simply make what I fancy doing at the time.
