PS2 TOOL - A PlayStation 2 dev unit! Repair and demonstration

The PS2TOOL is a dev kit that was released by Sony for the development of PlayStation 2 games. This gigantic console is a combination of a linux computer and a region-free PS2. It can be used for debugging, quality assurance, and game development on an emulated DVD drive. On this #FixItFriday we will repair it and make it fully functional again!
