What shoes CAN you wear with Shoe Lifts & Height Insoles?

#1 Always use shoes that are at least ankle height or taller

#2 Don't use Add Height with runners, it wont work.

#3 Make sure your shoe or boot is always tied up well and the height insole is pushed all the way to the back.
