Mang Larry is a legend. He's been selling isaw from the University of the Philippines campus (U.P.) since 1984. Ask people from Manila who makes the best isaw in the city and many will say Mang Larry.

If you don't know what isaw is, it's one of the most popular types of grilled Filipino street food. It's made with either chicken or pork intestines. Other types of skewered charcoal-grilled street food include atay (chicken liver), tenga (pork ears), balun-balunan (chicken gizzard), betamax (coagulated chicken or pork blood), helmet (chicken heads), and goto (tripe).
