Homemade Sourdough Sandwich Bread No Knead 🍞 Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
Sourdough sandwich bread no knead homemade and without kneader only your hands and some folds to make this whole wheat sourdough sandwich bread, and trust me, the time to do it by hand is worth it, know that you need at least half a day off given the fermentation time between one fold and the other.
To make this no knead sourdough sandwich bread follow the step below:

Recipe:
Whole Wheat Flour 450 grams
High protein Manitoba Flour 350 grams
Water at room temperature 600 grams
Salt 18 grams
Berley Malt or Honey half teaspoon
EVO Oil (Optional) 10 grams
Sourdough starter 40 grams + (40 water and 40 flour)
3 hours for fermentation of starter
5/6 hours for bulk fermentation
1 hour fermentation after final folds
Cook at 220°C/425°F for 50/60 minutes in static oven
Let it cool down befrore cut and enjoy it!
