Kurano Poke Poppers: aka leftover poke Katsu

Made a few pounds of poke of which two of them were supposed to be delivered to Los Angeles, but the trusty “delivery service” (daughter) forgot them in the fridge allowing them to over marinate, not a problem from that mistake came one of the best concoctions this kitchen has ever produced. 😁
