Vlogging with the GoPro Hero 9: Hypersmooth vs. Low Shutter Speed (One MAJOR drawback)

As part of my quest to find a compact vlogging setup that I can carry in my pocket, I check out the GoPro Hero 9 with Media Mod and Polar Pro ND Filter set. There's a lot to like here but one MAJOR drawback could be a dealbreaker.
