Nagorno-Karabakh: 25 people killed as Azerbaijan launches military operation
25 people have been killed today as Azerbaijan launched a military operation in the disputed enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The region is internationally recognised as part of Azerbaijan but has been administered by the ethnic Armenian majority there since 1994.
The two sides fought a bloody six week war in 2020 - and today's military action has sparked fears that full scale conflict could resume.
