New BMW 8 Series (E31) by Manhart is an absolute piece of art!

Manhart has revealed its latest creation, called Manhart MH8.

The german tuner has taken five classic BMW E31 8-Series and gave them a new life with a comprehensive restoration and performance upgrades.

The highlight of Manhart’s build is the installation of the 5 liter V8 engine sourced from the E39 M5.

According to the tuner, the engine has been tuned to produce 420 horsepower, sending all of them to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox.

Additionally, a stainless steel sports exhaust system enhances the sound experience, emphasizing the low-frequency rumble of the new powertrain.

Manhart upgraded the chassis of the E31, with H&R lowering springs, Bilstein B6 shocks, and beefier brakes.

The car rides on a new set of 20-inch alloy wheels, completely filling up the wheel arches and lining up with the boxy fenders.

Other exterior modifications are limited to front and rear skirts from the 850 CSi, a rear spoiler lip, and M-style mirrors.

The car has also been repainted as part of a three-year restoration project, while the cabin has been upholstered in leather and Alcantara.

Manhart says that all axle components were blasted and refurbished, with the rubbers and bearings being renewed.

Only 5 units will be available and are priced starting from 150,000 Euros.
