Cafe Pushkin
One of the most iconic restaurants in the city is Café Pushkin, named after the Russian poet Aleksandr Pushkin. On TripAdvisor, it has more than 8,100 reviews — and a higher rating than White Rabbit. Reviewers describe it as "legendary," "iconic," and "like visiting a museum."

Café Pushkin opened in 1999 in a renovated 18th-century Baroque mansion on Tverskoy Boulevard in central Moscow. The boulevard was a famous hangout for Moscow high society after it opened in 1796, and Pushkin himself was often seen strolling there, according to the restaurant's website.

Moscow Cathedral Mosque
The Moscow Central Mosque also known as( Moscow Cathedral Mosque ) today impresses with its magnificence. Its history starts with the year 1904. That's when the first cathedral mosque was built in Moscow. A Moscow architect Nikolay Zhukov developed the project, and the famous Tatar merchant Salih Erzin became the patron. In the era of the Soviet Union, it was the only mosque in the city, which was not closed and held worship services. However, in the year 2005 it was decided to renovate, and in 2011 construction began on the new mosque, designed by architects Ilias Tažieva and Alexei Kolenteeva.

VDNKh
This magnificent park in the north of Moscow features more than 250 Soviet-era palaces and pavilions, arches and fountains, a Vostok rocket, and Soviet aircraft. The Soviet name VDNKh is an acronym meaning "the Exhibition of the Achievements of the National Economy".
he park was built during Stalin's time. Construction started in the 1930s, and in 1954 the exhibition complex acquired the architectural works we see today. Created to be a showcase for the achievements of the Soviet empire, VDNKh had pavilions dedicated to a particular industry or a field (engineering, space, atomic energy, the people's education, Soviet culture, and many others). There are also pavilions representing the various Soviet Republics, with each boasting a unique architectural design. Walking around the people's friendship fountain, visitors could have an imaginary trip around the whole Soviet Empire. One of the most beautiful pavilions is that belonging to Uzbekistan, distinguished by the airy elegance of its eastern architecture.

Museum of Cosmonautics
The Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics in Moscow was built to commemorate the achievements of the Soviet Union in space exploration. Sitting at the base of the Monument to the Conquerors of Space that was erected in 1964, the museum opened in 1981, on the 20th anniversary of the first manned space flight. Among the 85,000 objects in the museum’s collection are the first Soviet rocket engine, the moon rover Lunokhod, the first Soviet satellite, the personal belongings of the first Soviet astronaut, specimens from the moon and propaganda posters reflecting the “space race.”

The museum exhibitions provide an overview of how the Soviet space program evolved, from the first man-made satellites to the first space walks and moon exploration programs. Closed for renovations for three years, the museum re-opened in 2009 with three times the original space and new exhibitions on international space programs, including the USA, Europe, China and the International Space Station. Outside, Cosmonauts Alley that connects the museum with the Metro feature large stone sculptures of the most important figures in the Soviet space program.
