Tried to run the Finnish Championships relay, but the achilleas pain was there from the start and got worse and worse. In the end running 'on one leg' made it very exhausting and had to walk quite a lot. Orienteering was ok, even with unnecessary 30s on the first control and not the best control takings on the 2nd and 7th. And of course a mistake to the last control... :-) enjoy.
