The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, a duo of standalone towers situated along 435 linear feet of pristine beach, today revealed a first look into an oceanfront sales gallery amid immense sales success. Also unveiled at an event for industry insiders was the sculpture “Our Nucleus” by internationally acclaimed artist Lorenzo Quinn, exclusively commissioned for the future residences.

The sales gallery of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami features a recently unveiled sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn. Quinn is a contemporary figurative sculptor, best known for his large-scale pieces and expressive recreation of human hands. His previous works have been exhibited in iconic international destinations, including the Giza Pyramids in Egypt and over the canals in Venice, Italy. This larger-than-life piece, titled “Our Nucleus”, is sculpted in his signature style in stainless steel and rises over nineteen feet tall. The piece is viewable at the entrance to the sales gallery before it is permanently installed within The Residences.
