A PRM-accessible lavatory for the Boeing 737
The new Access aircraft lavatory designed by ST Engineering features a moveable wall that can expand the lav offer passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) 40% more space. The additional space creates a lav large enough to accommodate a passenger in a wheelchair and a carer, if needed. It also means PRMs no longer have to be transferred behind a curtain, providing them with the privacy and dignity every passenger deserves
