Port Isaac Fish and Lobster Tacos

We stayed in Cornwall, near Port Isaac a few weeks ago, and decided to make our own Lobster and Fish Tacos - we got halibut from the Port Isaac Fishermen, and Lobster from Just Shellfish, both down in the harbour at Port Isaac. We added a chorizo and coriander crumb to our tacos, with avocado and a garlic mayo.
