A FREE Mixed Media Collage Lesson with Renee Mueller - Part 1

Join Renee Mueller and explore the importance of connecting deeply with those we love. Thinking about our family and friends, reminiscing, storytelling, and keeping our hearts open as we nurture these beautiful relationships.

Put on your favorite music, light a candle, and take your time as you gather together elements that inspire your creative voice: vintage papers, old photos, love letters, and favorite art supplies.

I will walk you through, step by step, as we create a natural dye for fabric that you can use in many different ways. We will create a beautiful , layered collage piece that will include a small portrait sketch and a love letter with sweet memories to hide within the collage. Stitches on a small piece of your dyed fabric will bring texture and deeper meaning to your work. The finishing touches will include paint, personal mark-making, and gold.
