There is often more than one exercise or test going on at the same time
This is mostly weapons school, Red Flag and test/eval flights from Nellis.
The Nellis Range controller "Black Jack" can only be heard when they are using a certain radio site.

The tower at Groom Lake is usually strong enough to be understandable till around 3:45:00
Approach and departure control for Groom Lake is only heard when they are using a certain radio site.
"Cedar" are Janet type flights.
"Clover" are other types from Groom. This would include the Groom Helos and chase planes (F-16s etc.)

For Tonopah Test tower(Silverbow), I only had the UHF freq. The tower itself can't be heard.

Callsigns from Groom and Silverbow usually change when they switch to flight test freqs.

3:30:44 to 4:00:33 Sierra 98 Tanker from Fairchild AFB, clover 66/saber 96 test flight, jokes and game of battleship. Sounds like clover 66/saber 96 lands at silverbow
After about 3:45:00 the tower at Groom is not heard much.
4:09:43 to 4:13:39 Clover 64 flight bombing (simulated?) near Groom
04:28:27 to 4:28:47 mq-9 check in with Black Jack
