As per flipkart team "The modification limits are based on the following rules:

Up to 5: Up to 100% modification allowed.
From 6 to 20: Up to 20% modification allowed.
From 21 to 50: Up to 5% modification allowed.
Greater than 51: Up to 2% modification allowed.

The Settlement-Based Pricing feature. This feature allows you to set your desired Bank Settlement Value, and the system will automatically compute the required listing price by factoring in applicable Fees and Taxes as per the current rate card.

With this feature, you'll be able to edit the Bank Settlement Value directly. The Bank Settlement is the sum of your Product's Cost and Margin. The system will calculate the Listing Price based on: Bank Settlement + Fees & Taxes.

By changing the Bank settlement value, you will be able to change the listing price.

To update the Listing Price using Bank Settlement, follow the steps mentioned below:

Log in to your seller dashboard.

Under 'Listings', click on 'My Listings.'
Navigate to the Bank Settlement Section
Click on the 'edit Icon' and enter the Bank Settlement Value you want.

Flipkart will auto-calculate and refresh the listing prices periodically to account for any adjustments in average fees and taxes from time to time.

This is to aid in bringing more predictability to your desired earnings after accounting for all estimates of applicable fees and taxes.

Note: Listing price changes due to changes in Local, Zonal, National, or FBF/NFBF mix are reflected on the 1st of every month. The system takes into account historical order data for the last 30 days."
