2025 Ford Puma Gen-E 168 HP - POV Test Drive

POV TEst Drive of the full electric version of Ford Puma - 2025 Ford Puma Gen-E. There is only one version, with 168 HP, FWD and 43 kWh battery with 100 kW max charging.

I have tested the standard version, not the Premium. Suspension is on the firmer side, they probably used the suspension from Ford Puma ST-Line. It is firmer but not uncomfortable, it has sporty suspension setup. Personally, I cannot imagine bigger wheels on it. that is the reason I would not go for Premium version, it has bigger wheels as standard.

There are 2 main cons of the electric Puma - the battery makes lower ground clearance of a few centimeters - you have to be careful not to drive offroad or over high curbs. The second one is, that rear passengersdo not have enough leg support on the seats due to higher ground of the car. This is basically 2 seater, adult people will not enjoy seating in the back whatsoever.

Other than that, everything was working fine, no noises from the interior. Overall sound isolation is pretty good. Standard audio above average as well. It is amazing choice for electric crossover around the city.
