Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Review | That Other Metal Gear Raiden Game

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is the second metal gear game to feature Raiden as a playable character but it represents many firsts for the series. It’s the first game not to be developed by Kojima Productions or directed by Hideo. It’s the first to truly focus on action and it’s the first spinoff, having nothing to do with Snake and little to do with the series storyline.

It was a huge gamble that almost didn’t pay off and it was even cancelled at one point. So, bearing all this in mind, what’s Metal Gear Rising Revengeance like to play in 2021 and what are your best options for doing so?
