If your car tires are already bald like this, don’t throw them away just yet. There are people who can restore them to look almost like new. The process starts with washing the tire to remove dirt and soften the surface. After that, the tire is leveled using a special machine so the bald surface becomes even. This leveling step is important so the new layer can stick properly.

Next, a special layer used to recreate the tire tread is prepared. Before it’s attached, the tire surface is coated with a certain liquid and tied with straps so the layer sticks perfectly. Adhesive glue is also added to increase bonding strength. Once the new layer is attached, the tire is placed into a special mold to form the tread pattern just like a new tire.

In the end, a tire that used to be worn out now looks like it just came out of the factory.
