Real Estate Bubble? Housing Market 2020 crash UPDATE // This is an update from my previous video about the much talked about housing market crash 2020 and how our real estate market is reacting to these uncertain times. Will the housing market crash? Are we in a housing bubble?

In this video, I go over in detail what’s happening in our global and national economy and how that is affecting our housing market 2020 California as well as the entire nation. I’m getting several comments about people’s concerns of a real estate crash for Sacramento real estate as well as the nation as a whole. I get this and I understand where people are coming from. There’s a lot of uncertainty right now. People are scared about a housing crash 2020 and are asking me will real estate prices go down? So, in this video I will shed some light on is the housing market going to crash and what we’re seeing in the real estate market right now.
