He struggled with his weight since he was a kid then through high school and college, until he got into the business world as a salesman where he traveled a lot, ate a lot of food in restaurants and started to put on a little bit more of weight then end up with 30-40pounds overweight and weighed more with a lot of stressful events happened in his life where his stress eating got a little bit out of control.

Dr. Berg, 56 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. He is the author of The New Body Type Guide and other books published by KB Publishing.
