what was your favourite breakfast of the week?! Also, should I do a lunch or dinner or full day of eating like this?!

I used the salted maca caramel perform protein and the Thrive multivitamin in pineapple and baobab in this video :)
I also take their omega 3 each morning!
RECIPES
MONDAY - OVERNIGHT WEETABIX
2-3 Weetabix + 1/2 grated apple 1/2 finely diced apple = pour over boiling water until absorbed.
add in 1/2 scoop Vivo protein + 1 tbsp cacao powder and some sweetener with a splash of almond milk and stir to combine. set in the fridge.
Leave for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Top with PEANUT BUTTER!
TUESDAY - SILKEN TOFU OMELETTE

WEDNESDAY - BAKED BANANA CHOCOLATE PUDDING BOWL
2 baked bananas
1/2 scoop Vivo protein
1tbsp cacao powder
splash of almond milk
pinch of salt
1. bake bananas in skins until black and soft (approx. 15 minutes at 180 degrees C)
2. mash one with protein and cacao, add milk to thin.
3. chop the other banana and serve on the side. top with granola or oats and ofc a drizzle of peanut butter.
THURSDAY - DATE AND TAHINI PORRIDGE
1/2 cup quick cook oats
1/2 scoop Vivo Protein powder
small chunk grated courgette
200ml water or almond milk
1. microwave oats, stir in protein powder and top with chopped dates, a good drizzle of runny tahini and a pinch of salt.
FRIDAY - PROTEIN SMOOTHIE AND HOT CROSS BUN
200ml hemp milk
tbsp peanut butter
1/2 scoop Vivo protein powder
handful frozen berries
