Sales are through the roof, agents still trying to hold off offers, and now there's a $1 listing in Barrie?! What the heck?!

Inventory is 10 times higher than it was during and post-Covid and yet sales are much lower and still, somehow agents are still attempting to hold off offers!? News flash: We're in a buyer's market now NOT the seller's market we were in previously.

Buyers are fed up! Agents don't seem to know what they're doing anymore and Barrie home sales are at an all time high for December.

So, if you're selling you home in Barrie right now, let those showings happen because people are buying! Just don't hold off offers and try listing for a price that's fair or getting a new agent who knows how to list your home at a reasonable price!
