Eating Hearts In The Mountains 😅 Bulgarian Food

One thing I love about Bulgarian cuisine is the fact people still enjoy all of what nature offers and enjoying nutritious organ meat is just as common as standard cuts. Liver, heart & even the tongue are popular dishes here. Me and my Bulgarian friend Marin went on a little exploration adventure in Teteven, Bulgaria and ate some €2 chicken hearts and an incredible selection of local food. Absolutely incredible! Total price for the meal came to around €10.
