En este video les doy ejemplos e información que aclaran los mitos:
-si no comes animales ni sus derivados no vas a obtener suficiente proteína
-la proteína de origen vegetal es de mala calidad
-tienes que mezclar varios alimentos para conseguir una proteína completa
