أضف المكونات التالية إلى البطاطس المهروسة:
بصلة مفرومة ناعماً
نصف كوب بقدونس مفروم
ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مبشور
ملعقة صغيرة من الكمون ورقائق الفلفل الأحمر ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
امزج كل شيء
دع البطاطس تبرد
أضف اثنين من صفار البيض
أضف نصف كوب من فتات الخبز
بلل يديك وشكل البطاطس بالشكل المطلوب
ينقع في بياض البيض
تقلى في زيت نباتي ساخن على نار عالية

Potatoes (700 grams)
Water
One chopped onion
Half a cup of parsley
One tsp of garlic
One tsp each of cumin, red chili flakes, and a half a tsp of black pepper
Two egg
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Step by step instructions for making the recipe

Boil the potatoes about (700 grams)
Cover the potatoes with water
Cook over high heat for 20 minutes
Drain the water and then mash the potatoes
Add the following ingredients to the mashed potatoes:
One finely chopped onion
Half a cup of chopped parsley
One tsp of grated garlic
One tsp each of cumin, red chili flakes, and a half a tsp of black pepper
Mix everything
Let the potatoes cool down
Add two egg yolks
Add a half a cup of breadcrumbs
Wet your hands and form the potatoes to the desired shape
Soak in the egg whites
Fry in hot vegetable oil over high heat
