Welcome to our day! This is how random days on a sheep farm can really be. Sure, we have our every day chores which can become quite monotonous day in and day out, but in reality, farm life is never truly routine where animals and weather are always unpredictable. We start with morning greetings from the barn cats and the rams. As we head into the barns, our focus shifts to the lambs and making sure they are fed and doing well. At the moment, little Spartacus is taking center stage as he continues to get past his initial hurdles and makes great strides towards a full recovery - our fingers are crossed! We head into the Coveralls where sheep feeding and releasing various groups to pasture now take main stage. We end with night chores where making sure all the sheep are tucked in for the night with full bellies and gates are closed are the main priorities.
