2. Resveratrol
A plant compound found in red wine, linked to activation of longevity pathways like sirtuins.

His approach:
* Around 1 gram per day
* Take it without alcohol
* Should be white or slightly gray
* If it’s brown, it may be degraded or contaminated

He’s taken resveratrol for over 15 years.

And interestingly…

He’s stopped drinking alcohol entirely.

Why?
