Hook and suction used to remove earwax mass (difficult extraction using an endoscope)

In this video we see an ear wax removal using a combined approach of suction and a St Barts Hook (Cerumen Hook or Wax Hook). The hook instrument is rarely used in our clinic, however in this particular case it was crucial in leveraging the wax forward, allowing the suction to remove the blockage in one piece.
