So there are four main ways of being paid out from Direct Cellars Wine Club.
The first part of the compensation plan is what's called the Fast Start Bonus.

When you enroll a business partner, you make 50% commission.
That means you'll make either $125 or $250 per person who joins as a business partner.
That also means that with 1-2 people that join you, you've now made your investment back.

The second part of the compensation plan with Direct Cellars is what's called the Binary Payout.
Binary simply means two legs. Bi = two.
So as you're growing your team, you have the choice to either place people in your right leg or your left leg.
Let's say you enrolled 10 people on your left, and 5 people on your right.
When you people, that generates team volume as well.
Let's say that's 2,000 volume on left leg, 1,000 on your right leg.

Now there's two things here when it comes to being paid out in the Binary Compensation Payout
One, is that you make a certain percentage based on your rank,
Two, is that you're paid a certain percentage on the lesser leg volume or weak leg volume.
The top rank is called Master Cellar and make 20%.

So, weak volume out of the two legs is your right leg because it has 1,000 volume.
You're at the top rank where you're making 20% off the weaker leg.

20% of 1,000 is $200.

So if that made sense, you now understand that when you're deciding whether or not to place people on left or right leg,
You should place them where you need volume to grow.
Thats it.

The third part of Direct Cellars Compensation Plan is what's called the Unilevel Payout.
This is a great bonus for helping your team grow.
Here's you at the top.

You sponsored Kelly.
Kelly sponsored Steve.
Steve sponsored Jen
And Jen sponsored Thelma.

For helping your team grow their team, you make a certain percentage that goes down 9 generations in your team.

I love that because you're getting paid again on helping your team grow and for duplicating.

The last main payout of Direct Cellars compensation plan is what's called the Check Match Bonus.
I love this additional bonus because you're being paid for helping your leaders succeed.
To keep it simple, when your team makes a paycheck...you make a bonus on it.
Let's say your rep, Kelly made $1,500 in her paycheck.
Since you sponsored Kelly and she's in your first level of the Unilevel...
You would make 10% check match bonus in your first level which equals an extra $150.

I do also want to briefly mention that they've added the new Ambassador program as well as the new Car program where you can earn a new luxury car as well. Audi, Mercedes Benz, new Telsa, BMW, or a Cadillac. Pretty baller!
