Buntod Reef Marine Sanctuary - Island Hopping

This is a DIY travel of me and my friend Becca.

From Alabang, ride a bus going to Masbate Php. 1200 Aircon Bus (Bicol Isarog Line) From Pio Duran the bus will ride the Roro and your drop off will be in Masbate Pier.

In our case we weren't able to ride Bicol Isarog Bus so we did cutting trip instead.

Masbate Rodeo Arena (Php. 20 Entrance Fee)
Mangrovetum
Cherish Resort

DAY 2
Buntod Island
Burubangkaso Island
Catandayagan Falls
Halea Nature Park

Hatid Sundo 15 to 20 minutes Buntod boat ride:
▪︎Php. 500 (4 to 5 person)
▪︎Php. 800 (10 to 15 persons)

Island Hopping:
▪︎Php. 3,500 (4 to 5 person)
▪︎Php. 10,000 (10 to 15 person)
▪︎Php. 12,000 (20 to 25 person)
▪︎Php. 15,000 (30 to 35 person)

For Island hopping, bring lots of water and don't forget to put sunscreen. Travel time from one island to another is almost 1 hour. In our case it takes us almost 4 hours before we arrive back at the port due to big waves. Island hopping is not advisable if you're scared of big waves or ocean. You can stay at buntod Island until 6 pm, the water is crystal clear.
